Returns & Replacement

Refunds are generally initiated in the following scenarios:

  • When Customer/Agri Club cancels prepaid Orders before delivery (Please read our Cancellation Policy)
  • If our courier partner is unable to deliver the order
  • If you wish to return the product, per our Return Policy

The amount paid by you for the product will be refunded to you as coupon in your Agri Club Registered Account. You can use these coupon to purchase anything on Agri Club or can even have them credited back to you. The coupon shall on request,be credited back to your original mode of payment and in case of Cash on Delivery (COD) payment, amount shall be transferred in your Bank Account, the details of which shall be taken during the refund process. In case of payments made through any of the wallet payment gateways like Paytm, Mobikwik etc, will be credited to the original mode of payment.

Refund depends upon the mode of payment. Please refer to the list below:

  • Debit card: 7 – 9 Business days
  • Credit card: 10 – 15 Business days
  • NEFT : 4 Working Days
  • Wallets : 7 – 9 Working Days

In case of any clarification or If you have not received the refund within the stipulated time, kindly contact your banks customer care number to know the status of the transaction

For some orders, we initiate Refund within 2 working days of receiving the product at our Centre In other cases, we initiate the Refund after the returned product is delivered to the seller. In this case, we keep you informed of the timelines.

Refund may get declined if the product received by us is not as per your claim or Order ID is missing on the package.

If order is placed using gift card as a mode of payment then refund will be credited in the form of coupon in your Agri Club account.

In case of Self-Shipment, Agri Club will reimburse the courier charges (upto Rs.300) in form of coupon.

The refund in case of COD shall be done as Store Credit in the form of coupon to your Agri Club Registered Account. You can use these couponsto purchase anything on Agri Club or have them credited back to your Bank Account. The amount of coupon shall be credited into your bank account, the details for which have been provided by you to us.

Note : We don’t refund in Cash

Shipping

We ensure timely communication about your order status via SMS/Whatsapp under the following conditions:

  • When your order is confirmed / processed / shipped / delivered or
  • When your order shipment is delayed

It usually takes between 3 to 5 days to deliver the order after it has been dispatched. This varies depending upon your location.
We will notify you on your registered contact details via SMS/whatsapp with the tracking number and courier/delivery partner details, once the order has been dispatched.
In case a merchant is unable to fulfill the order on time, we will transfer the order to another merchant. If the order still can’t be fulfilled, the same will be cancelled and your refund will be processed. The refund would be credited to your account within 2 weeks after the order is cancelled.

The shipping cost, if applicable, is mentioned on the product page. The amount that you pay while placing the order at agriclub.com would include the product and courier charges.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the amount to be paid is mentioned on the package. It is the same price that is displayed while placing the order. You are not required to pay any extra amount at the time of receiving the COD order.

If the status is marked as “OUT FOR DELIVERY”, and is not delivered to you in next 24 hours, kindly check with the courier company or contact us.We will follow up with the courier partner until your order is delivered.

You may request for change of address as long as the order is not packed and ready for shipment. You can track the status of your order from Agri Club.
If the order is not yet ready for dispatch, you can change your shipping address by contacting us at.

As of now, Agri Club does not deliver to international locations.

‘Return To Origin’ or RTO means that the courier company tried to deliver the order at your address but could not deliver the same due to any of the following reasons:

Hence, it is shipped back to the sender.

  • You are not available to receive the order.
  • Your location is out of delivery area of the courier.
  • Payment is not ready with you at the time of delivery.
  • Your address is not traceable.
  • If it is a Cash On Delivery Order, the product will be sent back to us.
  • If it is a Prepaid Order, we will refund the amount to your bank account.

Hence, it is shipped back to us.

We accept multiple payment modes, such as Credit Cards, Debit Cards, ATM cards, Netbanking, Cash On Delivery (COD). We also accept international cards.

Yes, Cash On Delivery option is available on selected products.
